UK Mainland Deliveries -  

Our courier of choice for UK Mainland deliveries is Interlink Express. 

The exceptions to UK Mainland are listed below

Scottish Highlands
Northern Ireland
Offshore – Isle of Man / Isle of White / Jersey etc.
These locations come under UK –NON MAINLAND (See Information Below)

Interlink Express run a Next Working Day delivery policy and you wiil be emailed or sent a text message to confirm which hour of the day they will deliver your item. Interlink Express will deliver to the address you have chosen between the hours 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Please remember that you can have your parcels delivered to an alternate address.

If you would like your parcel to be left in a secure location such as a porch, conservatory, garage, shed or with a neighbour please add this in the special instructions box in the checkout area when you purchase your item, giving your exact instructions. 


**IMPORTANT NOTICE** any item being left in a secure location is done so at your (the consumers) own risk. The Vault Menswear cannot be held responsible for missing items or if your neighbour refuses to give you said item.

Missed Your Item For The First Time?
If you have missed the item for the first time City Link will leave a card with further instructions.

Missed Your Item the Second Time?
If City Link have attempted to deliver the item twice then the item is returned to the nearest City Link depot where it can be picked up from (Please see their web site for details).  For this you will need to take a form of identification with you and your delivery card.

Didn’t collect your Item?
 If your parcel is not picked up, left in a secure location or signed for on a re-delivery within 5 working days it will come back to Davicore Clothing. We will then have to charge an extra delivery cost on top of the additional delivery cost to send the item back out to you. If a refund is then sought it will be given MINUS the extra delivery charge.

UK – NON Mainland Deliveries -
Our courier of choice for UK – NON Mainland is Royal Mail First Class post.
All parcels are dispatched by first class delivery which is guaranteed 1-2 working days.  These are also recorded /signed for items. Royal Mail will deliver to the address you have chosen once, upon no reply, a card will be posted displaying the location of the local Post Office / Sorting Office that the item has been returned too. European Delivery / Worldwide Deliveries -
Our courier of choice for European Delivery and Worldwide Delivery is Royal Mail International Signed For.
All parcels are dispatched by International Signed for delivery which is estimated 3-5 working days.

Saturday Delivery –
Saturday delivery is an option, through Royal Mail, with the delivery being guaranteed.  This option is only available to UK mainland and UK Non-Mainland residents.
